Who would do this course?
This course has been designed for absolute beginners or those who have been using computers for a while but want to fill gaps in their basic knowledge.
What previous experience or knowledge do I need?
You need no prior knowledge of computers or the keyboard.
How is the course carried out?
Training is carried out in a hands-on environment with one trainer to 6 persons.
What topics does the course cover?
The course covers what is hardware and software, the keyboard and what the keys do, using the mouse, exploring the desktop features, adding desktop icons, changing the shape and size of windows and changing the look of your desktop and your screen saver.
Where is the course held?
The course is held at our Landsborough training premises or you can arrange for us to come to you.
How long does the course go for?
Length of the course is 3 hours, usually morning or evening.
What is my investment?
The cost of the course is $99 and includes a step-by-step book, all training and refreshments and, of course, having fun!
