Who would do this course?
This course has been designed for those wanting to pursue a career involving front office reception or administrative assistant duties.

What previous experience or knowledge do I need?
You need to have completed Certificate II in Business or have the equivalent level of knowledge.

How is the course carried out?
Training is usually carried out in a hands-on environment in small groups.
Some self-paced training and some one on one training and assessment may also be required.

Where is the course held?
The course is held at our Landsborough training premises.

How long does the course go for?
Length of the course is 13 weeks full time or 13 months part time.

What is my investment?
The cost of the course is $2800 and includes all resources, all training and, of course, having fun!
