Introduction to Computers
This course is designed for those who have never touched a computer before or who are just getting started. In this course you will learn about hardware and software, the keyboard and mouse, how to open programs, change the size of windows and move them around, change the look of your desktop and screen saver. Even those who have been using a computer for a while enjoy the new skills they learn in this course Available in Windows XP or Windows Vista. 

Introduction to the Internet Part 1
This course is designed for those who are new to the Internet or who are only just getting started. In this course you will learn about the Internet and the World Wide Web, how to connect, how to find and go to sites on the Internet, about search engines and directories and how to change your Homepage and toolbars and organise sites using Favorites. This is a great introduction to the wonderful world of the Internet.

Introduction to E-mail Part 1
This course is designed for those who have completed The Internet Part 1 or who have the equivalent knowledge. In this course you will learn how to begin an E-mail session, receive, read, delete, write, send, reply to and forward E-mail. You will also learn how to open and send attachments as well as how to set up and use the Address Book. You will enjoy communicating easily and quickly with family, friends or business associates. A must in today's world of instant communicaiton!
 
 Introduction E-mail Part 2
This course is designed for those who have completed Part 1 or who have the equivalent knowledge and want to use more advanced techniques to manage E-mail. In this course, you will learn how to organise E-mail into folders, organise your Inbox using colours and views and some great tips for managing junk E-mail. You will also learn how to use signatures and stationery to create different effects for your outgoing E-mail. Save time and create a more professional image with your E-mail!
 
Microsoft Word Part 1
This course is designed for those who have completed Introduction to Computers or have the equivalent knowledge. In this course you will learn different ways of creating and viewing documents, how to manage the storage of your documents, use installed templated and get help. You’ll also enjoy making your text fancy. This course gives you essential basic skills for using Word.

Microsoft Word Part 2
This course is designed for those who have completed Microsoft Word Part 1 or who have the equivalent knowledge. In this course you will learn about different printing options, how to insert clip art and pictures into your documents. You'll enjoy formatting with tabs, indents, bullets and numbering. This course shows you how to make your documents look more professional and may save a few trees!

Microsoft Word Part 3
This course is designed for those who have completed Microsoft Word Part 2 or who have some medium experience using Word. You'll enjoy the different formatting effects you can create using Tables. You'll learn how to insert Headers and Footers and some techniques to speed you up. This course gets your documents looking even more professional and shows you short cuts to save you time.
  
Microsoft Word Part 4
This course is designed for those who have completed Microsoft Word Part 3 or who have some medium experience using Word. You’ll enjoy using page set up, style management, creating and using your own templates and using mail merge. Time savers in abundance!
 
Microsoft Word Part 5
This course is designed for those who have completed Microsoft Word Part 4 or who have some medium experience using Word. You’ll enjoy creating and using macros to save you time, creating and protecting forms and giving your document a highly professional look by adding a table of contents and an index. A must for anyone creating reports, manuals and other advanced documentation.

Microsoft Excel Part 1
This course is designed for those who are new to spreadsheets. In this course you will learn what spreadsheets are and what they can be used for, how to get help, about columns, rows and worksheets and how to manage workbooks. A fun introduction!

Microsoft Excel Part 2
This course is designed for those who have completed Microsoft Excel Part 1. Microsoft Access Part 1
This course is designed for those who are absolute beginners in database programs. In this course you will learn how to start Access, what a database is and how it differs from other programs. You will also learn how to explore existing databases and how to create your own. Databases are a tremendous way to store information and then get it out again in whatever way you choose. Microsoft Access Part 2

This course is designed for those who are have completed Part 1 of the Intermediate course. In this course you will learn how to understand and create form controls, use combos and create switchboard forms. You’ll enjoy using the short cuts you learn in this session.

Microsoft PowerPoint Part 1
This course is designed for those who want to begin creating stunning presentations. In this course you will learn how to get started, use different viewing modes, insert clip art, charts and organisational charts, how to automate and change the look of your presentations, how to display and add effects to screen shows. You’ll find it easy to make any presentation look stunning and professional.

Microsoft PowerPoint Part 2
This course is designed for those who have completed Part 1. In this course you will learn how to use create and change the look of bullets and numbering, how to format paragraphs, insert multimedia, email and publish your presentation to the web and techniques to jazz up your presentations. You’LL enjoy creating more sophisticated presentations in this session.

Microsoft Publisher Part 1
This course is designed for those who have no experience in desktop publishing. In this course you will learn about desktop publishing and how if differs from word processing. You will learn how to get started, how to create publications using the Wizard, how to customise your toolbars and how to insert layout guides and objects. You’LL love creating your own unique cards, flyers and other publications for fun or business.

Microsoft Publisher Part 2
This course is designed for those who have completed Part 1. In this course you will learn how to work with objects and text and how to create backgrounds and watermarks. You’LL enjoy moving and layering objects, placing text over faint pictures or easily put logos or other objects on every page.

Microsoft Publisher Part 3
This course is designed for those who have completed the Part 2 course. In this course you will learn how to insert and work with tables and WordArt. You will also learn how to create and import data source files and how to perform a mail merge. You’LL find it great to create perfect layouts with tables and personalise all your publications with mail merge.

Microsoft Publisher Part 4
This course is designed for those who have completed the Part 3 course. In this course you will learn how to insert columns and connected frames, how to create business cards and custom labels, how to create your own styles and templates.

MYOB Accounting is a wonderful course for those who want to save time in business and organisation accounting.

MYOB™ Accounting Part 1
This course is designed for those who are absolute beginners in using accounting packages. It discusses the merits of accounting packages, which MYOBR you should use and explains some accounting terminology. You explore a sample file and then begin creating your own file, setting up your preferences. You then close your file, backup and restore data.

MYOBAccounting Part 2
This course is designed for those who have completed Part 1. In this course you get hands on experience entering customers, suppliers and employees into your business. You then set up your Chart of Accounts, Tax Codes and Jobs. This course completes setting up your data ready to use MYOBR Accounting.

MYOBAccounting Part 3
This course is designed for those who have completed Part 2 or who need to use a system which is already been set up for them. Once again you get hands on experience entering sales, invoices, quotes and payments into the system. You'll even find out how to shortcut these processes as well as the various options to send these to your customers. In this course you'll enjoy entering money from customers into your system.

MYOBAccounting Part 4
This course is designed for those who have completed Part 3 or those who need to use a system which has already been set up for them. This course makes purchases, receiving quotes and paying suppliers easy. You'll also enjoy customising forms to include exactly the information you require in them.

MYOBAccounting Part 5
This course is designed for those who have completed Part 4 or those who who have been using the system for some time but find bank reconciliation's, GST and Bas link, End of Year and new financial years a mystery! This concludes the basic training for MYOBR Accounting.
