This course has been designed for those working in or desiring a career in Human Resources or those wishing to progress to a Diploma of Business. Roles may include Human Resources Assistant, Human Resources Officer or Payroll Officer.

What previous experience or knowledge do I need? |
|
You need to have completed a Certificate III in Business or have the equivalent level of knowledge as well as basic computer, literacy and numeracy skills.

How is the course carried out? |
|
Training is usually carried out in a hands-on environment in small groups. Some self-paced learning and some one on one training and assessment may also be required.

What topics does the course cover? |

To gain competency, you will be required to complete 10 units of competency as follows

The course is held at our Landsborough training premises.

How long does the course go for? |
|
Length of the course is usually 14 week’s full time or 14 months part-time.
There will also be workbooks and/or practical sessions to complete for each module.
