Who would do this course?
This course has been designed for those wanting to pursue a career in business as a receptionist, administrative officer, sales representative or in a customer contact centre. Participants may have completed Certificate II in Customer Contact or wish to complete a Certificate IV in Customer Contact.

What previous experience or knowledge do I need?
You need to have completed a Certificate II in Customer Contact or have the equivalent level of knowledge as well as basic computer skills.

How is the course carried out?
Training is usually carried out in a hands-on environment in small groups.
Some self-paced training and some one on one training and assessment may also be required.

Where is the course held?
The course is held at our Landsborough training premises.

How long does the course go for?
Length of the course is 16 weeks full time or 16 months part time.

What is my investment?
The cost of the course is $2800 and includes all resources, all training and, of course, having fun!

To gain competency, you will be required to complete 12 units of competency as follows

• 6 elective units

BSBCCO301A Use multiple information systems
BSBPRO401A Develop product knowledge
BSBWOR203A Work effectively with others
BSBWOR301A Organise personal work priorities and development

The Elective units are:
BSBFIA301A Maintain financial records
BSBINM301A Organise workplace information
BSBITU303A Design and produce text documents
BSBITU304A Produce spreadsheets
BSBITU309A Produce desktop published documents
BSBPRO301A Recommend products and services
