Who would do this course? This course has been designed for those wanting to pursue a career in the call centre industry in a customer contact centre. Participants may have completed Certificate II in Customer Contact or wish to complete a Certificate IV in Customer Contact.
What previous experience or knowledge do I need? You need to have completed a Certificate II in Customer Contact or have the equivalent level of knowledge as well as basic computer skills.
How is the course carried out? Training is usually carried out in a hands-on environment in small groups. Some self-paced training and some one on one training and assessment may also be required. It is preferable to be working in the retail industry, but if not some work experience will be required.
What topics does the course cover?
To gain competency, you will be required to complete 12 units of competency as follows

Where is the course held? The course is held at our Landsborough training premises.
How long does the course go for? Length of the course is 16 weeks full time or 16 months part-time.
