Who would do this course?

This course has been designed for those wanting to pursue a career involving front office reception, administrative assistant duties or management or supervisory roles.

What previous experience or knowledge do I need?

You need to have completed Certificate III in Business or have the equivalent level of knowledge as well as basic computer, literacy and numeracy skills.

How is the course carried out?

Training is usually carried out in a hands-on environment in small groups. Some self-paced learning and some one on one training and assessment may also be required.

What topics does the course cover?
