This course has been designed for those wanting to pursue a career in the call centre industry in a customer contact centre. Participants may have completed Certificate I in Business or wish to complete a Certificate III in Customer Contact.

You need to have attended Introduction to Computers or have the equivalent level of knowledge.

How is the course carried out? |

Training is usually carried out in a hands-on environment in small groups. Some self-paced training and some one on one training and assessment may also be required.
